High presence of VIPs, an opera star, the SAP Symphonic Orchestra and Cirque du Soleil made the 40 years SAP Charity Gala to an unforgettable event.
Eventrix planned the celebration in collaboration with SAP Global Communications and produced the show. In addition to that we were responsible for the technical construction together with our partners.
This years SAP Developer Kickoff Meeting (DKOM) took place amongst others at the DM-Arena in Karlsruhe. Eventrix was in charge of the Keynote production and responsible for the recording and live streaming of over 80 Breakout-Sessions.
Wednesday 21. March 2012For the first time Swiss Prime Site AG held a press conference at the 'Clouds' (on 34th floor of the Prime Tower) to present their numbers. In cooperation with Habegger, Eventrix transmitted the multilingual live webcast in HD quality via Akamai.
Monday 20. February 2012SAP rewarded its best vendors worldwide with shows, keynotes and activities for their great effort. 12 photographers captured this exclusive event in thousands of pictures. Eventrix was responsible for the photomanagement and dataworkflow on behalf of i4D. Five slideshows have been created daily and shown with a special software, developed by Eventrix. The best-of selection out of the 70'000 photos is how placed on photogalleries with individual logins.
Tuesday 14. February 2012Eventrix has been recording 106 sessions within 3 days at the Microsoft TechDays in Brussels. The enhanced workflow made it possible to hand out the recordings to our client, DDMC, directly after the final session.
Wednesday 25. January 2012UPC Cablecom presented their latest product 'Horizon' to their employees at the Maag Areal in Zurich. On behalf of Habegger, Eventrix streamed the presentation live to an internal video platform of UPC Cablecom.
Monday 09. January 2012This years FIFA Ballon d'Or Gala took place at the Kongresshaus in Zurich. Eventrix provided its VoIP solution. On behalf of Habegger we were in charge of all IT services during the event.
Saturday 17. December 2011Eventrix and Habegger implemented a live streaming of Ivoclar Vivadent's internal yearend statement in Vaduz to worldwide 22 locations. In addition to a secure stream access, the event was broadcasted simultaneous in two languages with accordant slide presentations.
Thursday 08. September 2011On behalf of Habegger we implemented a live internet streaming of Swiss Prime Site AG's financial media conference. The multilingual event was as well accessible to the audience over a telephone conference with the possibility to ask questions.
Wednesday 06. July 2011Eventrix produced the 3 day SAP Ecosystem & Channels Leadership Summit 2011 in Barcelona, Spain. Besides producing the plenum and the 12 breakout rooms we recorded the keynote and a costumer interview. We also photographed the complete event. These pictures were provided to the 135 attendees only a few days after the event in an online gallery. At the end of the conference every participant received the freshly printed group picture of the previous evening.
Tuesday 24. May 2011The HP Invent took place in Baden, Schwitzerland. In addition to the 100 visitors on site a further 650 participants watched the event live over the internet. By order of Habegger, we undertook the Screen Recording and the live stream of the main hall. To give the opportunity of watching the 9 keynote videos including PowerPoint presentation to those who could not attend we handed those files out to the customer for his homepage two days after the event.
Monday 16. May 2011About 6000 participants visited the SAP Sapphire in Orlando, FL this year. By order i4d events services, inc. we organized and coordinated the photography department. While the event was still running the first selection of pictures were already handed out to the press, graphic designers and clients, as well as put on a customized online Gallery in SAP CI for the attendees. Thanks to our sophisticated workflow and specialized team the over 19 000 photographs were delivered to the client already during the event and accordingly put online.
Wednesday 11. May 2011For the Microsoft Cloud Power in Zurich, Switzerland we completely equipped the conference room with audio-, light-, video and IT infrastructure, stage and furniture. We recorded the 5 sessions with its 100 attendees and delivered it to our clients after we processed the files accordingly.
Wednesday 16. March 20111300 attendees were registered every day at this years Microsoft X.DAYS in Interlaken, Switzerland on 16-17 March 2011. Our cameramen and recording operators taped 28 sessions in 4 rooms with our Screen Recording system. The itemized videos incl. the respective PowerPoint presentation were handed over to the client only a few days past the event, so they could put them on their homepage.
Wednesday 12. January 2011In regards of the FIFA Ballon dOr event 2011 Eventrix equipped in cooperation with the Habegger IT team the Kongresshaus Zurich, Switzerland with 140 internet spots for the press. Furthermore 20 additional SIP telephone connections were installed. The Eventrix IT team also covered the IT support during the entire event.
Monday 22. November 2010Mass-recording on the Devoxx Java conference in Antwerp, Belgium. During one week the Eventrix streaming team taped 155 sessions in 6 different cinema rooms. The following post processing as well as the transcoding were done on site, so already one day after the conference all records were available in the right format on the video platform Parleys.
Monday 01. November 2010By order of Habegger and Standing Ovation the Eventrix streaming team broadcasted the Thommen Medical Podium Event from the Gottlieb-Duttweiler Institut in Rueschlikon, Switzerland to locations in Munich, Frankfurt and Berlin, Germany. Several speeches, the podium discussion and even a live surgery were transmitted via live-stream in 720p quality.
Friday 15. October 2010On behalf of the commune Herisau and Stuedli Informatik we amended the existing IT infrastructure at the Casino Herisau for the FDP assembly of delegates with a temporary Multi-SSID wireless LAN. One of the highlights was the adoption of Hans-Rudolf Merz a member of the Swiss Federal Council. Therefore about 50 journalists were expected and supplied with our internet service for the news coverage.
Friday 01. October 2010SAP TechEd'2010 keynote production for 4000 attendees as well as live streaming. Eventrix produced the keynote as well as the demo jam session at the Hall 25 Messe Berlin, Germany on order by SAP AG. With a complex signal management we provided the signals for projections, the SAP internal live stream (SAP TV) as well as the internet live stream (Eventrix) and the recording (Eventrix).
Wednesday 08. September 2010In close cooperation with Habegger AG Eventrix implemented the live broadcast on the internet of Swiss Prime Site AG´s Annual Media Conference. The venue was a particular challenge: the 34th floor of the Swiss Prime Tower in Zurich, which was still under construction.
Friday 03. September 2010The Eventrix Team provided support commissioned by SAP AG for three events held in the large ballroom of the Regent Hotel in Beijing. In the role of production management Eventrix was responsible for technical logistics, event management, recording and live webcast to SAP TV at the CIO meeting, MaxAttention Summit and the SAP/Sybase press conference.
Tuesday 20. July 2010The SAP Service Leadership Summit is conceived as a virtual event. By means of Polycom technology SAP teams around the globe are connected simultaneously. Eventrix was commissioned to handle event management at the main broadcast site at SAP Americas in Newton Square, USA, was well as recording for the SAP portal site.
Thursday 08. July 2010The renowned Hotel de Rome in Berlin was the venue for SAP´s GEA meeting. Eventrix was commissioned to handle technical planning and holding the meeting.
Thursday 24. June 2010On behalf of Scherer Werbung Eventrix coordinated the local technical equipment suppliers as well as provided support in the technical implementation of SAP Globalization Symposium 2010
Sunday 02. May 2010SAP Sapphire 2010 in Frankfurt and its parallel event in Orlando was a very special occasion. In cooperation with United Network Developmen Eventrix was entrusted with the tender for technical service providers and in cooperation with i4D Events and Redthread Productions production in the main hall and broadcast centre. On behalf of FMP the Eventrix streaming team used 32 encoders to broadcast the entire event over the internet.
Wednesday 28. April 2010Due to the shut down of air traffic in Europe caused by volcanic ash, the need for video conferences was very large. On behalf of FMP(USA) Eventrix temporarily installed a Polycom HD 8000 video conference system for Synthes in Hägendorf and provided on-site support for the internationally broadcast field meeting with additional technical equipment and staff.
Sunday 18. April 2010Eventrix was responsible for the technical planning, production and event management of the SAP Financial Bootcamp. In cooperation with Rosengarten Congress Center the Eventrix event team ensured the smooth running of the event.
Sunday 28. March 2010Over 5 days the streaming team recorded the 137 sessions of Microsoft Belgium´s TechDays held in 6 rooms at the Metropolis multiplex cinema (Antwerp). A specially developed post-processing method enabled all of the recordings from our client DDMC to be uploaded to and made available at Microsoft´s Channel 9 platform, only 3 days after the event was held.
Sunday 21. March 2010On the occasion of CeBIT 2010 this year´s host country, Spain, extended an invitation to the concert of Orquesta de la Escuela Superior De Música Reina Sofía held in the Beethoven Hall in Hanover. Eventrix was responsible for the live broadcast on the internet as well as hosting.
Tuesday 16. March 2010On behalf of Habegger AG Eventrix webcast live the presentation of the Swiss Prime Site AG annual report from Härterei Club (Maag Areal) in Zurich.
Monday 08. March 2010The 75th anniversary of the group was celebrated at this year´s general meeting of TCS Gruppe Zürcher Oberland. To put the extensive celebrations in the right light, Eventrix took care of all technical matters as well as event management. The proven event photography team recorded the occasion in photos made available online.

This year´s SAP Developer Kickoff Meeting (DKOM) took place in parallel in Manheim, Bangalore (India) and St. Clara (USA). Eventrix produced the keynote in Mannheim and used three streaming teams to broadcast the keynote live on site as well as all breakout sessions live on SAP Intranet TV.
Sunday 17. January 2010On behalf of SAP Schweiz Eventrix implemented Kickoff Meeting 2010 at the SAP building in Regensdorf. Technical planning, staff scheduling, on-site implementation and recording define the scope of the order.
Sunday 17. January 2010The Field Kickoff Meeting is the first big SAP conference this year and sets the course for 2010. As the general contractor Eventrix was responsible for the technical planning of the keynote, the breakout rooms as well as on-site implementation and recording.
Friday 15. January 2010On behalf of Habegger AG Eventrix provided support for the first live internet broadcast of the ICS celebrations. This was a subproject of the multicast streaming network installed by Habegger AG which enables ICF to used streaming technology to broadcast live events on the intranet to other ICF locations.
Thursday 17. December 2009In close cooperation with the Habegger IT service team we equipped the back offices of the FIFA Worldplayer Gala in Zurich as well as 140 seats in the press centre with telephony and IT infrastructure.
Monday 30. November 2009Using our independently developed ScreenRecorder the Eventrix streaming team recorded over 100 talks at the Devoxx Java Developer Conference held at the Metropolis multiplex cinema in Antwerp. Video, audio and screens were recorded simultaneously and, thanks to an optimally coordinated workflow were promptly submitted to the client.
Sunday 08. November 2009The Eventrix Team was responsible for technical planning and implementation of the 14th SAP International Customer COE Info Forum held at the Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof in Frankfurt am Main. The conference was also held ´virtually´: Customers were able to follow the keynote and the breakout sessions via live webcast. Additionally, all sessions were recorded using the Eventrix ScreenRecorder and made available on demand the very next day.
Sunday 01. November 2009Media support for this year´s traditional Culinarium Gala Dinner was provided by Eventrix. A mobile camera team accompanied the moderator during the presentation of the producers in Hall 3 of the Olma Messen exhibition centre. The guests of the gala evening were able to watch live camera images on the projection.
Thursday 17. September 2009Again this year Eventrix sent the official photographer team to SAP´s TechEd ´09 held in Phoenix and Vienna. Our online photo gallery as a variety of on-site media services were employed.
Thursday 17. September 2009Eventrix won the bid for the technical planning and implementation of the SAP TechEd'09 keynote in Vienna. We also operated the proven support hotline, ensuring that things ran smoothly during the entire event.
Tuesday 15. September 2009Eventrix won the bid for the planning and complete technical equipment for the keynote at the 7th International SAP Utilities Conference 2009. In addition to planning we also took over the production and implementation on site at the ICM in Munich.
Monday 14. September 2009Eventrix provided support for the organizers of the Hearing Loops Conference (www.hearingloops.org) for the technical implementation of the conference. In addition, we created the conference website and recorded all sessions using ScreenRecorder (www.screenrecorder.tv).
