Internet access is available practically everywhere. Often, separate access to the internet is necessary due to the consistently high bandwidth required for Virtual Private Networking (VPN) or streaming, or because the internet access point at the venue can not be used.

The general offer is specifically designed for long-term contracts with private and business customers. Temporary internet access with a short contract period will be necessary for events. Building services, electrician, provider, equipment supplier, agency - (too) many parties are involved in the process. The effort involved in clarifying internet access at the venue alone takes an enormous amount of time and patience. Added to this is lack of flexibility on the part of the service provider and long lead times in the provision of xDSL, leased line or UMTS.
